As a guest speaker, I offer focused one-hour workshops as well as ongoing weekly and monthly programs, all tailored to your client population. Topics can include stress and sleep habits, nutrition fundamentals, building sustainable movement routines, and behavior change strategies that actually stick. Every program is designed around your clients' specific needs and your practice focus.

We start with a conversation about your clients — their challenges, their needs, and where the gaps are in their current care. From there, I design a program tailored to your space, your audience, and your goals. Each session combines an evidence-based presentation, guided movement practice supporting that specific topic, and group activities that help participants build real, actionable plans — and leave feeling more connected to your practice and each other.

Single Motivational Sessions

A focused, one-hour session designed to educate, inspire, and send your clients home with 1-3 concrete things to change. No overwhelm — just one idea, done well.

Available topics (can be expanded based on your audience's needs):
  • Why diets don't work for long-term weight loss — and what actually does. The psychology and physiology of restrictive eating, and a practical look at sustainable alternatives for long-term weight management.

  • You don't need that snack - you need to move! Breaking the cycle of emotional snacking.

  • Movement as medicine: My morning cup of stretch. How different types of movement affect mood and energy — and how to start using that knowledge intentionally every day.

  • Pain-free living: Posture and safe movement for everyday life. Practical guidance on postural alignment and injury prevention for real-life loads — groceries, kids, desk work, and everything in between.

  • Setting health goals the SMART way: Because the project is you! Using SMART goals and project management frameworks to build a personal health plan that is realistic, measurable, and actually followed through.
