Movement & Training

Build strength, confidence, and a lifelong relationship with movement.

Within the LMACT Method, movement serves as a practical pathway for managing stress, sleep, and building long-term physical capacity.

Movement is more than exercise — it's how we manage stress, recover from illness and injury, maintain independence as we age, and feel at home in our bodies. Whether you're starting for the first time, returning after a long break, or looking to move better and feel stronger, I meet you exactly where you are.

Finding your best way to be physically active is as important as finding the right profession — maybe more. It gives you the pleasure of doing something truly good for your health, day after day, for

many years.

I educate clients on proper body mechanics and build personalized programs around their goals, movement preferences, schedule, and any limitations such as past injuries or chronic conditions — making the process feel approachable, not intimidating. No fancy equipment required. I work in the comfort of your home, my small studio, or local wellness centers, with an emphasis on environment, safety, and individual pace.

Movement areas addressed within the LMACT Method:

  • Breathwork & Movement Foundations

  • Strength & Resistance

  • Cardiovascular Conditioning

  • Balance & Posture

  • Mobility & Flexibility

  • Post-Rehabilitation Fitness

  • Chronic Condition Management (hypertension, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, etc.)

  • Pre & Postnatal Movement

  • Senior Fitness

Training options: Individual and small group sessions available in person across Northern Virginia and the Washington Metropolitan area, as well as virtually for clients anywhere.

Personal training sessions may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Ask me how.
