Healthy and Effective Weight Loss: Ready, Set, Succeed!
Participants develop their individual plan focused on achieving their optimal weight through exercise and nutrition. This course combines lectures, movement, as well as individual and group activities focusing on healthy, sustainable, and effective weight management programs through lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise.
We cover caloric intake vs. expenditures in terms that can be easily applied to real life, pros and cons of most popular diets, exercise options, the pros and cons of GLP-1 and other weight loss medications.

The course may be complemented with post-workshop facilitation for continuous support.​
