Woman Resting Peacefully

Sleep Better Workshop

Your better sleep starts in the morning. You can't force sleep at night — you can only create the conditions for it. Inspired by the nautilus's effortless float, this program focuses on movement, nutrition, stress management, and habits as a way to build a rhythm for sleep to naturally arrive.

This program is for you if:

  • You struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake up feeling rested

  • You tried the usual advice, and it hasn't fully worked

  • You are going through a stressful or transitional period, and your sleep is suffering

  • You know something needs to change but aren't sure how to start

What Makes It Different

Unlike most generic advice that focuses on sleep hygiene only, this program uses evidence-based data to explore how sleep disruption shows up in your specific case and offers tools for repair that fit your unique lifestyle and preferences.
