The LMACT Method for Individuals

The LMACT Method helps individuals translate health knowledge into sustainable daily practice through structured learning, movement integration, and coaching.

You know you should eat better — but life constantly gets in the way. You have a gym membership and keep promising yourself you'll start next week. You've tried every diet and gained the weight back once real life resumed. Or your doctor told you to start exercising and you don't know where to begin. â€‹This is where my comprehensive wellness program comes in.

I listen to what's actually going on in your life and together we build a plan around your real demands — work, kids, health conditions — with a structured path to better health that fits who you are.

This program is a good fit if you are a busy professional, a woman navigating hormonal or life transitions, or an adult managing a chronic condition such as hypertension, obesity, or diabetes. It is also the right place if you have struggled with weight loss — tried every approach and gained it back — and are ready to understand why and build a sustainable path forward.

How it works:

  1. Discovery call — we talk about your goals

  2. Observation log - you record your current behaviors as they are - no judgement

  3. Personalized plan — I design a program built around your real life, not an ideal one

  4. Ongoing support — we adjust as life changes and build habits that last

The program follows the Learn -Move-Act formula:

  1. Nutrition coaching. We look at how and what you eat and develop practical steps toward better energy, optimal health, and sustainable weight management — no quick fixes, no cycles of restriction and rebound.

  2. Movement coaching. Whether you work with me directly as a personal trainer or train elsewhere, we build a realistic, lifelong movement plan around your lifestyle — with particular attention to muscle retention and strength, especially for women navigating midlife and beyond.

  3. Behavior coaching. This is the most important pillar and the reason most New Year's resolutions fail. We identify the habits that matter most — around nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress — and build a concrete plan to make them a natural part of your life, not a constant struggle.

Most clients notice a shift in energy and confidence within the first few weeks — not because the plan is perfect, but because it's finally built around their life.

Note: Your wellness investment may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Ask me how.
